Transfer Pricing Advisor

Igor advises on transfer pricing, corporate income tax and international tax structuring issues. He worked as a tax advisor in many multinational tax consulting companies.

As a tax advisor Aleš has been serving domestic and international companies with residence in Slovenia, covering different types of production, service and distribution companies, in corporate taxation, including tax due diligence and transfer pricing of management services contracts, license and franchise agreements, thin capitalization and deemed distribution of profit. He has been dealing with value chain transformation issues, including transfer of intangible assets. In his studies he also acquired experience in the area of business valuations and corporate finance. He is author of many articles on transfer pricing. He also participated in many international transfer pricing conferences. He works as a lecturer and resarcher on tax subjects at Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana.
